3/15/16 - Today I had a follow appointment with the physician to get a copy of the sleep study and to check the blood pressure.  She increased the medication again about a week ago and today it finally was down to where it should be.  I was so happy.  Finally!!  She informed me that I definitely needed the c-pap machine and encouraged me to give it a chance because it might be able to help reduce my blood pressure so she decrease the medications and she thinks it also helps increase my energy level which would keep me more active.  It is very hard to sleep with the dumb machine but I have been sleeping with it for about 6-7 hours a night.  Let me put it this way (I have had it on face for those hours but not sure how much actual sleep I am getting).  Sunday night it appeared like I might have gotten 4 hours of solid sleep which was great.  Last night was a different story, I played games on the phone, I watched TV and I then read some in my book hoping to get myself sleepy.  I did finally get some sleep but not sure how much.
