04/28/19 - On 4/26 - I went over the the next door neighbor to say good bye since they were leaving early the next day.  We talked for quite a while but she had some other people in the park that she needed to say good.  She wanted to exchange addresses and phone numbers so we did that as well.  The park is really getting empty.  I only have 8 days left and then I will be on the road.  It is warm and humid but always windy so I have not needed to turn on the air conditioner. 

04/25/19 - Still no phone call from the doctor's office in Phoenix regarding my cpap supplies so I was trying to figure out what to do next.  I decided that I would call the office manager and explain that I have left 2 messages and have posted two messages on the website and I have not heard anything.  It has been 8 days.  Well, I call the place in Phoenix that sends the supplies and asked if I could not get any answer from Phoenix, would they accept an RX from out of state and she said that was no problem.  I left my message with the office manager and thought I would wait it out today and hopefully at least she will call before I call San Diego and see if one of my physicans would be so kind as to write the RX.  Well, well, I got a call in the afternoon from the place that sends the supplies and they got the RX from Dr. Henson.  What a miracle.  I then learned that Texas does not allow medial supplies mailed in the state!!.  Unbelievable.  So now my supplies are going to Missouri since Missouri does not care.  I then later got a call from the office manager telling me that the order had been faxed so I thanked  her and then lo and behold, I got a message from Dr. Henson via the web site messaging system that the order has been filled.  Wow!!

04/22/19 - On Easter Sunday the campground had a lunch schedule but I  had not planned to attend since everyone brings a dish to share and I did not really want to cook.  Janet, next door, dropped by and invited me and really wanted me to sign up so I decided finally that I would.  I signed up for dessert so went to Walmart and found some cookies.  I met Janet at the RV and we walked over together.  She took good care of me.  The management made the ham and then we had a potluck type of dinner.  I was disappointed in the ham since it was over cooked and even parts of it was burnt but we survive.  There were about 40 people.  The last ticket number was 51 but not every one came.  They also give away some chocolate bunnies and Easter lillies.  There are about 4 people that are leaving this week.  At least one on Wednesday and then Janet and Don on Saturday.  The park is really getting empty.

Today, I finished a puzzle I had started and finished a book that I had been reading.  I finished the baby afghan last week but have enough yarn to start one more.

I have had a cpap machine for the past 4 years and I have had a standing order for supplies.  Well, the first of the year, the requirements changed and now they need an RX every year.  Now, that is a real problem since I have not seen the physician in Phoenix for over a  year so she wants me to make an appointment.  I told them medical assistant that I was out of town and would Dr. Henson please consider this one time and I would make an appointment as soon as I get to Phoenix.  Of course, I can't get my phone calls returned but I will keep trying.  What a mess.

04/09/19 - On 4/8, I went to Walmart to get a prescription filled, checked to make sure the Losartan that I was taking was not on the recall list, and did a little grocery shopping.  I stopped and got another puzzle to keep me busy.  Later in the afternoon, my neighbor, Janet came over and invited me over to see their RV since they have exactly the same kind as I do except it is one year older.  There are alot of similarities but it is different.  She then came over to see mine since she wanted to know how it was arranged.  We sat and talked awhile.  They are from Wisconsin plan to leave several days before me.  This is their 5th year in the same spot. 

Today, I worked on the puzzle, did a little cleaning and then Janet came over again today.  She has started an afghan and wanted to show me since she saw the baby afghan I was making.  Her afghan is like granny square blocks and then piecing them together.  She is using old yarn so she has many, many colors but it is interesting how it is coming together.  Today, it was warm but I had a breeze so did not need to start the air condition.  Tomorrow, they are saying it should reach 90 degrees but then we have 25 to 30 mile an hour wind!!  I feel so sorry for the midwest tomorrow.  I sure will be watching the news.

04/03/19 - 3/31 - Was a very cool and rainy day and so I worked on a puzzle almost all day.

4/1 - The weather wasn't any better so did more work on the puzzle.  I also made a big batch of spaghetti.  I did some research regarding filing my income taxes again and decided it was easier through TurboTax so now have filed so will see if I will get the $25 refund from Arizona. I got an email that stated both of the filings have been accepted so I should be good.

Today, I finished the puzzle.  Wrote a birthday card and then mailed it, went to the office to pay my rent for the month of April and checked to see if I got any mail.  It actually warmed up enough for me to open windows for awhile.
