05/25/18 - On 5/12 we docked in Anchorage.  Aunt Esther and I had a tour scheduled to a Heritage Museum and the Anchorage Museum.  The Heritage Museum was very interesting.  They had someone give a speech with a lot of history.  Aunt Esther took a walk around the property to view typical housing in the area.  We then had a little musical dance session with a group from the island of Kodiak.  We then took a shuttle to the Anchorage Museum which was absolutely huge so we just picked out the Alaska side of the museum.  It was interesting as well.  Back to the ship.

5/13 - We arrived to Icy Straits Point and a little cold and rainy but we had a bus tour of the little town of Hoohan.  We did make a couple of stops in town but it had a lot of ancient history and was a good tour.

5/14 - Day of sailing in the Gulf of Alaska.  It was quite windy so the seas were a little rough and some of the passengers even got sea sick.

I have a couple of pictures from Anchorage and Icy Straits
