01/22/19 - The last couple of days have been very uneventful since it has been really cold here.  I have called the repair guy several times and he still does not have a tray.  We were almost dry until Sunday night when it got down to 31 degrees so of course once again the rug was wet and Aunt Esther checked and there was a leak outside.  We put a container under it to help catch the water and when it warmed up in the afternoon, it quit dripping.  Now, we have had a couple of days when it got down in the 40's and warmed up to the low 60's so now we are almost dry again on the rug.  I have called the repair guy several times but still no tray and no help.  Aunt Esther went up to the office to get more advice and we now have a different repairman coming late this afternoon and I hope he is much better.  I did not paid the other guy so I am not out any money.  Will keep our fingers crossed because by the week end we have another cold spell coming in.  We have done a little shopping, got information from Verizon and went to several movies but otherwise it is just too cold to even do anything.
