8/7/14 - On Monday, 8/4/14, we went to a farm stand and got two dozen ears of corn and then in the afternoon, I helped with cutting the corn and later bagging it and getting ready for the freezer.  We grilled chicken outside for dinner.  On Tuesday, (8/5) we went and got a lot of information from AAA including a new atlas and maps.  Later that afternoon, I got my hair cut to get rid of the long strands.  We had hamburgers for dinner.  On 8/6, we went to Cape Cod and visited a wonderful Heritage Museum that included an exhibit of old cars, lots and lots of different plants, flowers and trees.  The grounds were beautiful.  They had an traveling exhibit of an artist that carves huge insects out of trees.  It was really interesting.  They also had a traveling exhibit of wicked plants which if not processed correctly were actually very toxic.  It was very interesting.  We experienced a downpour so had to wait things out of a minute and then got a golf cart ride back to the main entrance.  Later, we went to a smokehouse restaurant for dinner and it was very good.
