8/1/14 - I had planned to blog last night but we got home a little late and I was tired from a full day of touring. Marilynn and I went to Kennebunkport for the day. Marilynn has been so good about driving so I can see the sights which is wonderful. We did a tour of the Perkins House (owned by a sea merchant), then walked around the town a little, got a hot dog and then we started walking to the place we were suppose to pick up a lobster tour boat. We walked and walked and walked and the closer we got the more it appear that it was going to rain. We then got to the place and it started to rain really hard. We found shelter under a gazebo and called to see if they were really sailing. They informed us that the radar indicated the rain would pass over in 1/2 hour and we would be sailing. We did leave then but another system started to appear so they cut the tour short and reduced the price of the tickets. We still got to see alot of lobster traps and got lots of information on lobsters. I have attached a picture.
